Make a Better Burger with Epicure #Giveaway

You may have heard that I’m a bit of a burger junkie. Summer means a lot to me… on the top of my list, it means BBQ season. BBQ season means burger season.

I was so excited to receive Epicure’s new burger collection to test out and enjoy.

My Epicure box included the Good Burgers. Real Fast. kit, Oh Canada glazesilicone iceberg mold and penguin pal pops.

Epicure Big Burger spices

I decided to make the Epicure Epic Big Burgers right away.

{To make Epic Big Bugers you’ll need}

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp Epicure Burger Seasoning
  • 4 slices low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 4 buns
  • 1/4 C prepared Epicure Big Burger Sauce

Making the mixture was so easy. Once I mixed all the first three ingredients I formed my meat into balls about the size of my palm. To make my perfect patties I used the Epicure Burger Press.

The Epicure Big Burger sauce only took a few minutes to make and was so delicious. I will be making it again and again to put on our burger buns and as a sauce for sandwiches.

Epicure Big Burger Sauce

In the end, my entire family devoured the Epic Big Burgers. My husband even requested I make them every week! (He’s not as much of a burger fan as me so this was exciting to hear). The Epic Big Burger was juicy, well seasoned and incredibly tasty.

The “Good Burgers. Real Fast.” kit comes with burger seasoning, big burger sauce seasoning and pico seasoning. I plan on making chicken burgers and fish burgers with these seasonings as well.

{What’s to Love about Epicure?}
