Spaghetti and Meatballs! Another Epicure Family Favourite

One of my family’s favourite meals is spaghetti. It’s hearty, healthy and so easy to prepare. I recently received the Epicure Meatballs & Meatloaf seasoning. I couldn’t wait to make meatballs for my traditional pasta sauce.

{What you Need}

To make Epicure meatballs you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup Meatballs & Meatloaf seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2lbs of ground beef/turkey/chicken

{Make It}

  • Preheat over at 375 degrees
  • In a large bowl, combine seasoning mix with beaten eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup and meat.
  • Mix with your hands.
  • Wet hand slightly and form meatballs with the mixture.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

This recipe makes about 20 meatballs. Once my meatballs are cooked I put about 8-10 in a prepared pasta sauce. I freeze the rest for later.

These meatballs are delicious! The seasoning flavour is in every bite you take.

At first my kids were apprehensive to try the meatballs but once they tried them they loved them! Spaghetti and meatballs is now one of our family favourites.

I’m sure you could serve these meatballs as is at a party, you could also keep them warm in a crockpot in marinara sauce.

  3. oh there are so many things I would like to try! But I would like to start with the Chipotle Chili Seasoning, as Chili is one of our main winter meals.

  4. Peppermint matcha hot chocolate mix: I’ve seen this drink in clear glasses or mugs (that you have?) nicely rimmed with one of your other products ?! Now that spells Christmas to me and I would love to find these items in my stocking…

  5. I already know I’m getting lots of epicure in my stocking……mint chocolate sugar grinder, vanilla sugar grinder, mulling spices, red pepper jelly. Went to an open house a few weeks ago, loved it so much, i booked my own party. I’m getting all kinds of free stocking stuffers.

  11. Can I say any of their products since I haven’t tried them yet. Maybe the Baker’s Collection – that would make for one pretty sweet stocking…lol! Or if I have to pick something small the Chocolate Truffle Sweet Dip Mix.
