4 Great Children’s Books for Valentine’s Day + Giveaway

Who doesn’t like reading about love?

With Valentine’s Day fast approaching I thought I’d share four new books from Harper Collins that are perfect for reading or gifting on Valentine’s Day.

{Pete the Cat’s Groovy Guide to Love}

My kids love Pete the Cat. We have almost every Pete the Cat book so this was a natural book to add to our collection. Pete the Cat’s Groovy Guide to Love is a book filled with lovely quotes (some you’ll already know, some you’ll love!) and cute illustrations of Pete doing fun things. Fans of Pete the Cat will really enjoy this book!

{Silly Wonderful You}

Silly Wonderful You is a sweet story told by a mom’s perspective. I could relate to so many of the things said in this book. Like every mom, I love my child’s amazing creations and how she always surprises me. This book will make you realize how special every little thing you child does is.

{Worm Loves Worm}

The entire family likes this cute book by J.J. Austrian. Worm Loves Worm is the story of two worms who want to get married. They have friends that help them prepare the wedding with all the traditional things they might need. I especially like the fact that this book demonstrates that love is blind and that you can choose any partner that you wish.

{I Love You Already}

I Love You Already is a sweet book about two friends, Bear and Duck. Duck desperately wants Bear to like him and always pesters him to do things. Bear likes his friend but also enjoys quiet time. This book made me think of how my kids act and play with each other. My son always wants a friend and his sister prefers to play on her own most times.
