3 Chapter Books to Read this Spring #giveaway

When we travel we try to keep the same bedtime routine as at home. Part of this routine is reading before bed.

This spring, my daughter will be bringing three new chapter books from HarperCollins Canada on vacation with her.

She’ll be bringing The Magical Animal Adoption Agency #1: Clover’s Luck, Nancy Clancy: Star of Stage and Screen and Amelia Bedelia Cleans Up.

We are so looking forward to reading the first book in an all new series, continuing to read about Nancy Clancy – one of our favourite young girls and reading Amelia Bedelia for the first time.

{About these Books}

The Magical Animal Adoption Agency #1: Clover’s Luck (Ages 7-10) – A young girl gets a job at an adoption agency for magical creatures (fairy horses, unicorns, dragons, etc) in this sweet new illustrated series from a Vancouver author!

Nancy Clancy: Star of Stage and Screen (Ages 6-10) – An illustrated chapter book series based on the popular character Fancy Nancy! In this book, Nancy auditions for the school play.

Amelia Bedelia Cleans Up (Ages 6-10) – Amelia and her friends want to build a cool clubhouse, so they pitch in to clean up an empty lot with a huge tree in the middle that would be perfect for their clubhouse.

I won’t lie, we’ve already started reading The Magical Animal Adoption Agency: Clover’s Luck. My daughter was immediately drawn to the story of an unlucky little girl finding a job at a very magical animal adoption agency. We have been reading a chapter every night and are always looking forward to learning what Clover is up to. My daughter has already told me which magical animals she would like to own (mini horses and fire salamanders to name a few).

We may finish this book before going away but she’s already asked me to bring it along regardless as she’d like to read it again while we’re away.

I can honestly say that these three books are a great add on to any child’s library. I always like starting new series and continuing to read from series that we already love.

All three books are available at bookstores across Canada and the US.
