My kids and I always love watching Barbie™ movies during our movie nights. We have always loved the stories, the animation and the songs in Barbie™ movies.
This spring Barbie™ is in an all-new adventure. Barbie™ becomes Princess Lumina in The Pearl Princess.
{The Synopsis}
Barbie™ stars as Lumina™, a mermaid who dreams of being a princess. Lumina has magical powers that change the colour of pearls and make them dance and glow! Bubbly and creative Lumina finds herself working in a mermaid salon customizing fabulous hairstyles for fellow mer-people. Lumina and her best friend Kuda, a pink seahorse, embark on an adventure to a majestic mer-kingdom. There, she uses her powers to help her friends prepare for the Royal Ball. Lumina then discovers that her magical pearls are the key to unlocking her true destiny and ultimately saving the kingdom.

The new release is very exciting for girls all over Canada. The most exciting part is that you and your family can have a chance to attend the premiere of Barbie™ The Pearl Princess in your city. Screenings will be taking place across Canada on March 8th at theatres in Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, Hamilton, Halifax, Langley, Calgary and Edmonton.

{The Pearl Princess Toys and More}
With the release of the newest movie comes a new line of Barbie™ dolls and more.
You can soon find The Pearl Princess Lumina doll on store shelves. Girls can recreate thrilling moments with this doll, who changes her look with the press of a button. Her gorgeous pearl necklace hides the mechanism – push and her outfit transforms from mermaid to mermaid princess. Plus, her hair changes color in water, with pink streaks appearing and disappearing.
You will also see a Pearl Princess tiara, pearl necklace and hair brush set in stores. Girls can play out scenes from the latest underwater Barbie adventure with their own tiaras, hair brush and pearl necklaces to create their own pearl power!
