I bought an instant pot over a year ago but I’m terrified to use it. I’ve never used a pressure cooker. The darn thing is just collecting dust in my cupboard. My husband would love SO MANY of these recipes though!

I just bought my Instant Pot last week! So I’m trying to figure out what should be the first recipe I make in it. My friend suggested that I try a great soup. But soup is so easy to make on the stove-top. What is the benefit of doing it in the Instant Pot?
