I’ve mentioned before how much my family loves Disney. We also love books and our iPad.
I was recently given the opportunity to load the new Wreck-it-Ralph Digital Book on my iPad.
My daughter and I had seen the commercials for the new Disney movie Wreck-it-Ralph but didn’t really know what it was about. We were so excited to read the book and find out just who this Ralph character is.
This App is another great Disney Reads App. The story book is read with expressive voices and is very interactive. The images on the screen are colourful and the background music is catchy. Both my daughter and I fell in love right away with “bad guy” Ralph.
The racing game on the Wreck-it-Ralph App is currently my daughters favourite game on the iPad. For this game you need to bake a race car. You can add candy wheels, spray paint your car with icing and add candy sprinkles all over it. Once your car is complete you can race it on one of three different tracks.
What we love most about this App:
- Reading the fun new story with sound effects and seeing movie clips.
- Creating your own race car.
- Playing the awesome racing game.
- Seeing the movie characters come to life when reading the book.
We loved the Wreck-it-Ralph story so much that we are planning on going to the theatres this weekend to watch the movie.
The Wreck-it-Ralph interactive storybook is another wonderful Disney App. You can purchase a copy of the App in the iTunes store for only $6.99. It’s guaranteed to bring your kids lots of fun and excitement.
