Looking for some bold nail colours this summer? Look no further than the new OPI collection: Neon Revolution.
I recently received this pack of minis to try and loved them right away. It was very difficult to decide which colour to use first.
The Neon Revolution mini pack comes with four limited edition neon colours, one neon white base coat and one OPI Top Coat. The colours include “Don’t Say It – Yellow It!”, “The Time is Pow!”, “Pink Outside the Box” and “Blue it Out of Proportion”.
To use you must paint your nails white first. Follow that up by two coats of the neon colour of your choice then finish with the OPI Top Coat.
As always OPI lacquers go on smoothly. I just love the brush tip on all their lacquers. The results with these shades are awesome. I love my shinny neon nails!
The Limited Edition Neon Revolution minis will be available in professional salons and spas across Canada for $24.99. They are available as of July 2013.

I love these colours! My sister-in-law was wearing the yellow last week and I was impressed because a lot of yellows (especially neons) don’t show up so boldly. Great stuff!
