This year there are many new sets in the LEGO® Friends theme. My favourite LEGO® Friends sets include the Heartlake City School and the Heartlake City Organic Cafe.
Heartlake City School
This set comes with 605 pieces. This two level school has six rooms. There is a science room, an art room and even a hallway with lockers! The school has a canteen where the dining table is hinged so that it swings out of the room. There is also a basketball net and bicycle included.
This set comes with two LEGO® Friends characters and a teacher minifigure. One of the minifigures is a new boy to Hearlake city – Julian!
The Heartlake City School is a great gift to give this holiday season.

Heartlake City Organic Cafe
This set comes with 304 pieces. The Cafe has a kitchen, a garden and even a juice delivery bike. This set has 3 mini-dolls including a new grandpa mini-doll and a granddaughter micro-doll.
Kids will love to bake bread, grown veggies in the garden and ride the juice delivery bike with this set.
Overall
I love LEGO® Friends sets because they are truly build-and-play sets. Kids can recreate their perfect school day and an outing at the cafe with these cute sets.

Both sets are cool, but I think the best one would be the Heartlake City School Lego set. My grandson misses going to school so I think this would be nice to give him that feel of being back in school.
