Apple Blueberry Crumble in Ramekins

I recently received the cutest set of 4 ramekins from Trudeau. When I saw these great ramekins I had to think of a perfect desert to make in them.

I’m a big fan of apple crumble so I decided to make a version of my favourite recipe for these ramekins.

{What you need}

  • 4 ramekins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tbs of all purpose flour
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs quick rolling oats

{Make It}

  1. Cut apples in bite size pieces. Place them in the bottom of each ramekin with the blueberries.
  2. Mix flour, brown sugar and butter in a small bowl.
  3. Add oats to the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle mixture over the fruit.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35min.

These mini apple blueberry crumbles are amazing! I love how easy the recipe is to make. My kids loved helping me with this recipe. I recommend serving these warm with some vanilla ice cream.

This recipe makes just enough for 4 small ramekins. If you want to serve a bigger desert I would double the recipe.

The Trudeau ramekin set comes with 4 silicone ramekins. In the pack there is one fuchsia, grey, mint and coral ramekin. I was very impressed how well my apple blueberry crumble baked in these ramekins. Apples and blueberries did not get stuck to the bottom of any ramekin.

You can find this ramekin set on the Trudeau website and at specialty kitchen stores across Canada and the US.

 I’d love to know, what do you make in ramekins.

  1. I love the colours of your ramekins, adds a little jazz instead of the boring white, love how easy this recipe is too, easy enough for the kids to do!!
