Easy Asian Glazed Chicken Drumsticks #recipe

We eat a lot of chicken drumsticks in our house. It’s something the kids love and it’s easy to make.

I usually resort to using a packaged seasoning so I was so happy to see an easy recipe in the latest Rachael Ray magazine. The main reason this recipe grabbed my attention was because all the ingredients listed were already in my fridge! Such a bonus!

Here’s my take on tasty Asian Glazed Chicken Drumsticks.

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 8-10 chicken drumsticks

How to make it:

  1. In a large bowl whisk hoisin, brown sugar and soy sauce. (Keep some sauce aside for glaze).
  2. Whisk flour into sauce.
  3. Coat the drumsticks in the mixture.
  4. Arrange drumsticks on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Cook at 475degrees for about 25min.

This recipe is super easy and so tasty. The kids have sticky fingers after eating this meal but its so worth it! I serve these drumsticks with a side of rice, broccoli and salad.
