Early Learning with Super Duper Publications

You may already know that I’m a big fan of Super Duper Publications. I am a mom and also a school teacher, so I love playing with educational toys and products with my children.

This month I was lucky enough to test out some new products from Super Duper Publications.

With the help of my children I tested out:

  • Lids ‘N Lizards
  • MagneTalk Early Classifying

I’ve been playing Lids ‘N Lizards and MagneTalk Early Classifying with my kids whenever we have a spare moment. Both games are lots of fun and very easy for little ones to play and enjoy.

Lids ‘N Lizards is a game designed for Pre-K to grade 5. It tests your child’s memory and teaches them classifying skills and more. The purpose of the game is to collect the most lizards from under the tin lids.

Both my kids adore flipping over lids to find a lizard. My two year old follows his older sister’s instructions and is learning to classify objects in the right place. My children play this game all the time. I love that my daughter can now lead the game .

Lids ‘N Lizards includes:

10 magnets in each of the following categories:

  • Food
  • Animals
  • Transportation
  • Clothing
  • Around the Home
It also includes:
  • 50 round magnets
  • 20 tin lids
  • 12 lizards
  • Instruction booklet

Lids ‘N Lizard is a quality game. I can imagine my children will play this game for years to come!

MagneTalk Early Classifying is another game my kids love. This game comes with a large magnetic board and 35 magnetic tiles. We love that the tiles are real photos. My kids have lots of fun classifying them in the different categories. I especially like this game because I can play it in English or in French with my kids. It’s a great game to build vocabulary.

Early Classifying has 5 categories:

  • Transportation
  • Clothing
  • Animals
  • Food
  • Around the Home
This game includes:
  • Colourful magnetic game board
  • 35 photo magnetic tiles
  • Game ideas

You can easily do extension activities with both these games. I have asked my kids to pair animals with a piece of clothing and food and tell me a story about their animal. They think this hilarious, I love hearing what stories they can come up with.

Placing objects or animals from smallest to largest in another fun activity for little ones.

The possibilities are endless! It’s up to you to use your imagination.
