A Joy to Share with Kinder Canada #KinderMom

The holidays are a special time of year for everyone. During the holidays I always teach and model to my children that Christmas is a good time to give to those in need.

My family has done many different things to give back to the community. We’ve donated to Santa’s Anonymous, helped fill buses with canned goods and always donate to toy drives. This year, we’re helping to fill a hamper in my daughter’s classroom and in mine.

Kinder® Canada is giving back this holiday season too. For the second year they have partnered with the Children’s Miracle Network with the “A Joy To Share” program. Kinder® is not asking for a donation from you with the “A Joy To Share” program, they are asking kids and families to create a greeting card as a means to share some holiday joy to children and their families at Children’s Miracle Network hospitals this holiday season.

Creating a card is easy. Simply head over to the Kinder Canada Facebook page and use their card creator. You can choose a background, a character, a greeting and a message. My six year old daughter was so excited to create a card to help brighten up a child’s day. Her card turned out great!

The best part about creating a card through the “A Joy to Share” program is that Kinder® will donate $1.00 for every card created, up to $25,000.00.

Kinder® has great holiday products in stores this holiday season. Be sure to pick up a few for your family and friends. It will surely brighten up their day!
