Valentine’s Day is a fun and special holiday. I show my love for my husband and kids every day but I always go the extra mile a bit on Valentine’s Day.
I believe in giving a little treat to the ones you love on Valentine’s Day. Here are my top ideas to put a smile on someone’s face on February 14th!
The Body Shop
The Body Shop always has a great variety of products to make the perfect gift. I recommend picking up a lip butter, body mist or body lotion and pairing it with a nice card. Products at The Body Shop range from $6.00 and up.
Essie
I have never met a woman that doesn’t like wearing nail polish now and then. Essie has a great collection of pinks right on time for Valentine’s Day. The best part? These nail lacquers are excellent quality and retail for only $10.00 each. I’m loving the colour “Bachelorette Bash”.
KISS products
KISS is a brand of press-on manicure nails, nail stickers and more. They have a huge variety of designs and are easy to stick on. These stay on too! KISS products start at $10.99 and up.
I honestly don’t believe that you have to purchase expensive gifts for Valentine’s Day. I think any of the above-mentioned products will let anyone know that you care for themĀ on Valentine’s Day.
All products listed here are available in stores now.
I’d love to know, what frugal gifts do you give to loved ones on Valentine’s Day?

These are great ideas! Everyone deserves a little pampering!
Big fan of receiving/giving food items that people wouldn’t normally buy, such as fancy salts or oils – although make sure they use that sort of thing!
This is a great idea Jan! I like it.
These are great gift ideas and I would love the nail decorating and nail polish for my daughter and I.
We don’t usually give gifts at Valentines; but do make a point of spending time together and expressing our love and appreciation for eachother!
Such great ideas here! I love Body Shop products and no skin reactions either. I must pick some up, or order online.
I love the nail products, I would totally use all of them!! me and hubby do not do the gift exchange anymore for Valentines, instead we usually have an awesome meal of grilled steak and all the favourites and watch a movie, and we are fine with that, it’s been our tradition for a few years now!
I like it when my husband makes me something….a photo frame, a wooden sign…things like that. Those are my favourite gifts!
These are all great gift ideas! I love chocolates for Valentine!
I usually give The Body Shop or Lush gifts to my wife. She loves her baths and deserves to be pampered so they make great gifts.
I’ve been single for awhile so NO Valentines for me!
