Win with Teamwork: Mike the Knight in the Great Scavenger Hunt

My family just returned from an exciting evening at our local theatre. We went to watch Mike the Knight in the Great Scavenger Hunt.

We could feel the energy in the theatre from the moment we walked in. Fun music played as we took our seats.

Mike the Knight in the Great Scavenger Hunt starts with Fernando warming up the audience. After a few Kazam’s the show starts and Mike the Knight takes centre stage.

{Costumes}

All the main characters are introduced one after the other. The costumes for this live show are fabulous. All the characters wore the bright costumes that kids are used to seeing from the hit television show. The sound, voices and music were clear, loud and upbeat.

I was so impressed by how well the actors performed and danced in their costumes. All dances were very well choreographed and entertaining.

{Storyline}

The story was very easy to follow for little ones. The kingdom of Glendragon has a scavenger hunt and everyone scrambles around trying to find the clues on each card. After several lively and catchy songs, great choreography and some laughs every character has found all their clues.

At the end of the play each character tries to match up their clues to the special treasure box. They need to match up flowers, a golden apple, a toadstool and a wooden spoon. Unfortunately, not one of the characters found all four correct items. They soon realize that if they work together, they can match up all the clues and win the grand prize.

Mike the Knight and the Great Scavenger Hunt is a great story about friendship and teamwork. The entire family enjoyed the show. I’m sure my son will be talking about it for days!
